WELCOME TO
Our Site is still under construction, so please bear with us. We have large Goals and aspirations, and we plan to ensure we meet them properly without rushing. Here, we plan to explain what and why our goals are what they are.
Our Quests
Community
Community is important to us. We will strive to help bring together like-minded people interested in games as an Industry. From partaking in Events to eventually hosting them ourselves, we strive to bring back the soul in the industry that we feel some corporations sucked out.
Authenticity
We strive for Authenticity and transparency. All projects and discussions related to DGS and its associates will be publicly discussed and published. Should we forget to publish a decision about something specific you care about, we will gladly provide such information upon request.
Creativity
Games should be fun. Whether you find puzzles, fighting, racing, or simply interacting with others, fun is dependent on each individual, but one thing we can all agree on is that there is a genuine lack of creativity in larger budget games. We are going to throw our hat in the ring with community-driven games with the sole priority being fun over profit.
ROAD MAP
-
We are aiming to finish our website by the summer of next year. The Goal is to have a minimum of 250 articles by the time of our full Launch.
-
We have a YouTube page where we aspire to bring you movie-quality discussions and documentaries.
Later this year on December 15th is the plan for the current in development video on Game preservation and the pitfalls surrounding it.
Additionally, the three of us each have our other Game adjacent topics we wish to talk about, so we decided to host a blog page that will go up in the fall of next year.
-
We have a list of Ideas for games that we will strive to make. Currently, there is no deadline; just know they are coming. As we progress in their creation and publish the devlog, we will announce the name here when we know for certain that the game is fun.
